Our training services focus on three distinct areas of development:

1) LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

Leadership starts at the top! To be effective, the leader must be well-organized and well-prepared. This means that the leader must have a vision and a plan of action that identifies where he/she wants to go – and indicators that prove he/she has arrived.

Our Leadership Development sessions are designed to help individuals in key leadership positions (such as Department Heads, Committee Chairs, Directors, Supervisors, and Managers) increase their understanding and contribution toward the overall effectiveness of the organization:

·       Organizing
·       Planning
·       Goal Setting
·       Successful Meetings
·       Leadership Techniques
·       Successful Events
·       Crisis Management
·       Effective Counseling
·       Performance Management
·       Project Management
·       Making Presentations

2) PROFESSIONAL GROWTH AND DEVELOMENT

Everyone needs professional growth and development.  If you expect the employees and volunteers who work with you to be successful, it is imperative that you pay attention to techniques and strategies that keep them abreast of the changes in your areas of concern and the people you serve. Additionally, these front line agents must be versed in the skills and mannerisms that keep the people you serve coming back time and again.

Our Professional Growth and Development sessions are designed primarily for frontline staff and volunteers.  The purpose is to help them get and keep a job or volunteer position, seek promotion or advancement, and make a significant contribution while experiencing individual and personal growth.

·       Preparing Resumes
·       Job Search Skills
·       Interviewing Skills
·       Dress for Success
·       Work Ethics
·       Teamwork
·       Time Management
·       Handling Money
·       Responsibility
·       Self-Discipline
·       Problem Solving

3) SELF-IMPROVEMENT

It has been said and it deserves repeating here: “Motivation comes from within!” Yet, there are certain external factors that can enhance or destroy how much a person wants to contribute. Sometimes – most times – it’s not simply about getting paid (although it certainly helps to pay the bills). But at the end of the day, most members of an organization – paid or volunteers – want to feel appreciated and that their efforts and contributions are clearly noted and recognized.

Our Self-Improvement sessions represent a holistic approach in helping individuals change their outlook on life, on others, and themselves in order to reach their full professional and personal potential:

·       Stress Management
·       Positive Self-Image
·       Self-Motivation
·       Conflict Resolution
